We will analyze your current IT environment to gain in-depth knowledge of your technical and financial objectives, identifying initiatives to provide cost reductions and service enhancements. This includes creating both a current state “blueprint” for each location as well as a recommended future state topology designed to minimize costs and identify opportunities for enhanced connectivity and service. Detailed analysis will include a listing of the best opportunities for savings, vendor analysis, offering pricing/plan comparisons, and implementation recommendations including timelines and resource requirements (if any). To adequately perform this activity, GT Partners will require access to current costs, contracts, and any other related documentation as needed to ascertain current vendor services, features, and costs.
Solution Design
With the requirements identified, GT Partners will create a technical design outlining alternative solutions including pros/cons of each solution, pricing options, service level commitments, and contractual obligations. Detailed analysis will be documented in order to provide a sufficient level of understanding of the differences in service offerings, networking capabilities, and specific level of service levels anticipated from each provider. It is here that GT Partners provides you with unrivaled expertise through our ability to separate a vendor’s “sales pitch” from their actual capabilities and deliver to you the absolute best deal possible. At this point, all the information needed to make a solution decision will be in your hands. GT Partners will assist you in making that decision but at the end of the day, the final decision will be yours.
Implementation
Once your decision is made, GT Partners will oversee timely implementation of the selected solution ensuring minimal impact to your company’s operations. We will coordinate and manage the vendors through all aspects of configuration, testing, and going “live”. We will also document all agreed upon service level agreements to ensure the carrier(s) deliver services according to their contractual obligations.
